SC DISBARS LAWYER CLAIMING TO HAVE CONNECTIONS IN THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE WITH A PROMISE OF A FAVOURABLE RESOLUTION

The Supreme Court En Banc disbars a lawyer when he receives money from a client in exchange for a favorable resolution of a criminal case pending before the Prosecutor’s Office, in violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility (CPR).
